I have a large detached Victorian house at the top of West Cross, Swansea, a couple of miles from Singleton campus and a ten minute walk down to the seafront. The room would suit a mature, responsible person who works locally, perhaps at Swansea University or Singleton Hospital. The 3A and 14 buses pass close by.

There is one other male lodger here who is only up for a couple of nights a week in term time as he lives in England, so you would have the shared bathroom largely to yourself.

The house has off street parking, a large garage and an enormous garden surrounded by trees which backs onto a brook. There's a large kitchen, utility room and cosy sitting/dining room.

No pets or smokers I'm afraid, and no couples or working from home.
