Ensuite room with private bathroom

In a cul du sac, very quite and close to all public transport I offer a lodger for the use of the house a part my personal room.
I will travel all summer from 1st June to end of October.
I will be around few days per months and this will be part of the agreement.
I considering weekly rent as short time.
I don't consider long term agreement.
Bathroom and room are in the second floor. All bills are included.
Benefits are also private car park, back garden with decking and a solarium.
The house don't allow party.
