Ensuite room with private bathroom

In a cul du sac, very quite and close to all public transport I offer a lodger for the use of the house a part my personal room.
The person who decide having the room need to love cats are they are part of the house.
I will be around few days per months and this will be part of the agreement.
I don't consider long term agreement more then 12 months.
Bathroom and room are in the second floor. All bills are included a part the heating as it will depend if the use of it don't go over the standard price.
This will be discuss in person.
Benefits are also private car park, back garden with decking and a solarium.
The house don't allow party.
