Double room near airport

Hello,

I have a small double room available for rent. I am based in Broxburn which is around 15 mins from the airport. I am in a quiet area, easy access to public transport (direct bus to Edinburgh / Glasgow, uphall train station is around a 35 min walk) and car parking on a quiet street available too. I work from home most days so the room would be suited to someone who works on site.

I have 2 springer spaniels so you must be comfortable with dogs. I also have a horse so I tend to be out and about in my spare time, along with playing rugby.


I’ve rented my room out for several years now and had variations of short terms lets (students on placements, or contractors doing work locally) as well as longer term with some staying over a year, so I’m pretty used to living with different people and getting the balance right

I’m quite chatty and social, will happily chill and watch tv / catch up about life, or head out for a pint if that’s your thing too!
