Spare room in spacious house

Hi there, I am a live in landlord looking to rent out a room in my 4 bedroom house. I am only looking to rent one room out as. It is a 3 storey townhouse in Livingston with good transport links. Ground floor has a kitchen/family area, utility room with washer/dryer and wc. Second floor has the rented room and your own bathroom. Third floor is my bedroom and office. I work from home but do so on the top floor. There is a lovely front and back garden in a quiet but lovely neighborhood. Parking is available with Morrison’s, BP petrol station, Livingston North station and bus stop on the main road. I am a low key easy going live in landlord. Would love to have someone that values their own space.
