Double Bedroom for rent

Hello, I've got a bedroom available for rent in my 3 bedroom house in Dedridge, Livingston. The house is about a 5 minute walk from the shopping centre/asda., with a bus stop outside with buses going into Edinburgh every 30 minutes.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, desk and drawers.
I am currently a student working part time and the other roommate works full time.
There is currently 2 of us living here, we're very clean and organised and really friendly, we are looking for the same in a housemate and hopefully someone that will get on with us. l'd say the house is decorated quite nice/feminine.
We're both gay btw, you dont need to be gay lol just don't be homophobic.
Just now we are 21 and 21 so we’re looking for someone around 18-25 who will get on with us.
Room will be available May 1st 2025

Rent is £550 monthly with all bills included / £550 deposit
