The house is kept to a good standard and would suit someone looking for a clean, settled home rather than a short-term stopgap.

* Minimum stay of 6 months

The house

This is a professional shared home with a relaxed but respectful atmosphere.

I retain one of the bedrooms myself for storage and may occasionally stay at the property, although I am generally based elsewhere. In practice, the house is mainly occupied by three full-time tenants if all rooms let

There is also a garden which is professionally maintained, so tenants are not expected to look after the gardening.

Everyone is expected to keep their own room clean and share responsibility for keeping the kitchen, bathroom and other communal areas tidy.

Who would suit the house?

I’m looking for someone who is:

* A working professional
* Normally based at their workplace rather than working from home
* Looking to stay for at least 6 months
* Clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces
* A non-smoker

The room is for single occupancy only, so unfortunately it is not suitable for couples.

No pets, sorry.

Bills

Rent includes the usual household bills and broadband.

A TV licence is not provided, so anyone requiring one for their own viewing would need to arrange this separately.
