I live in a two bedroom property and have an available room to rent. My current flatmate, along with her beautiful cat is moving away to Southampton. The room is £695/month - all bills included.

The property is fully furnished, offering an open plan large kitchen, dining area a living room. There is also a garden which can be accessed from the living room or from the side of the road. The area is quiet and there is a free open parking.

The house is 8 mins walk to Asda Superstore and 10-15 mins walk to the Designer Outlet & Livingston Centre. There are plenty of restaurants in the area depending on what you fancy. For quick essentials, there are also some corners shops nearby.

St John's hospital is also within walking distance: just 12 mins.

Train stations nearby include: Uphall Station, Livingston North & Livingston South. There are also some good connections buses services throughout Livingston.
