I'm a youthful single retired RAF engineer with an eco friendly approach and renovated this extended 1930's house seven years ago. The house is heavily insulated, it will be warm and quiet, (in summer the house has passive cooling so it doesn’t over heat), so would suit those respectful professionals that appreciate similar. The house is cleaned and maintained daily/weekly.
I'm looking for single lodgers who work days. There's off road parking, three bathrooms. Rooms are large, super fast 50mb/s wifi with 4K tv package, Xbox 360, surround sound. Automatic dim blue night time lights. Outside has lights with IR sensors. Large maintained garden with both sunny and shady patios to suit all tastes and make the mature maintained garden nice and relaxing to be in. Large emphasis on solar panels in garden which makes the house much closer to zero carbon than virtually all other similar houses.
Albrighton has a train station to Wolverhampton/Shrewsbury, it's 1/2 mile walk from house; trains each way stop every 30 mins approx. X891 bus stop is half as far from this house and has similar destinations and timings.
All rooms have a smoke alarm, freeview tv and in room smart tv, plenty of 240v sockets, full bedding, thick dark curtains, very warm bath/toilet/shower with individual toiletries cabinet and mirror, a sunny cozy warm downstairs common/ tv room/snug, use of large tiled kitchen with USB phone charging points, huge fridge, two freezers , own cupboard space, modern induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, utility area with sink, 8kg (large) washing machine/dryer.
Mode 2 zappi electric car charge point and air conditioning in hall and front room.
You will get the best from this house if you have a profile that explains your personal position fully, are not a student; generally more mature and enjoy restful sleep; a lark type person - early bed early rise, team player, possibly a contractor at Cosford, reasonably tidy, organised, respectful, you will work days and just want to kick back and chill at the end of a day. You would; enjoy the clean and uncluttered, you'd naturally consume food in the large comfortable kitchen.
This is a quality house totally rebuilt with clean professional guests in mind, it will be quiet after 2200hrs and it's not full of my personal stuff, not looking for permanent 24x7x365 lodgers.
