Hello,

I will be renting my two bed flat from end of December 2026 - January 2027 when my wonderful current tenants move abroad.

It is a lovely, modern space. Balcony and outside area. Walking distance to Bham town centre and station. Close to Harvey Nichols. Excellent location for Doctors too.

I am only looking for professionals that are able to pass credit scores and wanting to stay in the property for a minimum 12 month period. Ideally looking for two friends together or a couple. Please only message if this aligns with you.

One room - 750

Please note, allocation of £100 per month to electrics and if this is exceeded tenants would need to cover difference.
