Hi all,

My flatmate is leaving Birmingham soon - so I am looking for someone to replace her, the flat is lovely and location is pretty perfect for hence I don't really want to leave. - PREFERABLY FEMALE (SORRY)

The Flat
The flat is a new build - we were literally the first to move in when it was brand new, and we have tried keep it in as good a condition we can. it is two bed/two bath - so you will have your own private bathroom (pictured). The room itself is decent sized with a double bed two chest of draws and a large built in wardrobe. The lounge and kitchen is lovely - open plan with large windows and plenty of light. The kitchen itself is a good size and well equipped. The flat is on the top floor so we have a nice view of the courtyard - a communal space with benches and sun loungers which is lovely in the summer. The photos don't really do the flat justice so please let me know if you would like additional photos/video. The location is also amazing - takes around 20 mins to walk to the city centre, with five ways station being about 10 mins walk.

About me
I am a 26 year old female, I work in a law firm in the city centre. As mentioned my flatmate is leaving Birmingham hence me looking for a new one. I am quite easy going and social, so ideally I would like to find a flatmate with similar interests, someone that I can get on with and can socialise with rather than just 'live with' (although with respect for each others privacy etc) . I enjoy going to the gym, Netflix, going to the pub, eating out, and nights outs and movie nights. I have lived in Birmingham since uni so have got to know the city quite well. I am also quite clean and tidy, and take pride in having a nice flat so looking for someone similar.

Location - Lexington Gardens (Edgbaston/Park central)
- Greggs/Co-op downstairs within the apartment complex
- 10 min walk to Tesco express
- 10/15 min walk to Five ways station (pure gym/morrisons)
- 10/15 min walk to the Cube
- 15/20 min walk to New street station
- 20/25 min walk to Colmore Row
- 20/25 min walk to Brindley place

Costs/contract
- Rent - £450 (not including bills)
- Deposit £450
- Contract - 6 months
- Currently available from early Jan however we can be flexible(ish) on this.
