3rd bedroom in a postgrad house

Looking for someone to fill the third bedroom in my house. You get a bedroom looking out onto the garden, so lovely and quiet.

Currently two people live in the house. We're both students at the moment. One of us is doing a PhD at the University of Birmingham, which is only a 15-20 minute walk away, and 15 minutes from the med school. Another female postgrad student would be preferable, although not essential.

*IMPORTANT* We don't currently pay council tax because we're students. If you are working, it would be your responsibility to pay this (although you would get a discount living with two students). My current housemate is also finishing off her studies and will be looking for work so this may be changing in the near future.

We have a shared bathroom but it's incredibly clean and we've never had an issues with sharing! We share the chores between us and the bathroom is cleaned every weekend.

The room has a bed, small bookcase at the end of bed, bedside table, bedside lamp, wicked chair, wardrobe, small desk and desk chair. You’d be free to add / change the room and furniture if you wanted.

There isn’t parking for the house specifically, but there is free parking on the road outside the house and no one ever has an issue finding a space. We have a shared dining room and living room which we all use.

As long as you're clean, and reasonably quiet (we prefer house movie nights and take aways vs. clubbing)! I have a dog - he's a small Pomeranian who will bark when he first meets you because he's a coward, but will soon be very friendly.

We live right around the corner from Harborne highstreet, and there are bus stops at the end of our road. The train station talks about 15 minutes to get to.
