You must be in receipt of Universal credit, ESA, PIP, JSA Benefits. But all enquiries are welcome.

We offer supported housing, this is where a house has a Women Support worker to offer advise and support to the Women Tenants
We can only help individuals who have a right to stay in the UK so residency is required. As such you will need to provide identification which is either Passport Driving Licence or any Govt issued ID.

To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of Benefits either ESA, JSA, UNIVERSAL CREDIT, PIP, DLA ETC.

Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional£15 per wk Service Charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring first 2Weeks of £30 Service Charge
