To gain access to our properties need to be in receipt of Benefits either ESA, JSA, UNIVERSAL CREDIT, PIP, DLA ETC.
Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and tenants to pay an additional £20 per wk Service Charge to cover Utilities. to bring first 2Weeks of £80 Service Charge
