It would suits a single female professional or a female student from any of the universities

Mature female students are welcome

For those who would use the room only for Monday to Friday, the rental charges will be £500

Property is Close to all amenities - high street 2 minutes away and has all the amenities; co-op, Lidl, chemists, many food outlets

City centre just few minutes away
Transport close by - train station and the access to buses just few minutes away
Quiet neighbourhood

Very nice house which suits for those who need to concentrate and study
Or for any professional to access to the city centre as the train station is only 7 minutes walk

For pet lovers there are two cats 🐱
I am a friendly host who can get on with diverse group of people
Unfortunately, I can only let the room for an individual who will not be bringing their friends or family into the premises
