Double Room in Spacious 2 Bed Flat

Hi all, I'm looking for a new flatmate.

The room is 3.1 x 3.4m and is furnished with a double bed, open wardrobe and a desk (the desk isn't amazing).
The rest of the flat has a large open plan kitchen/living room and is fully furnished including washer/drier. Bathroom is kinda small, but has plenty of hot water pressure.

I'm a freelance engineering project manager (currently working on a medical acoustics project), but I'm into music and filmmaking in my free time.

Would suit other professionals/creatives.
