Single bedroom in a house

Single bedroom available in a 2 bedroom house. I'm 29 and my ethnicity is South Asian (Pakistani), born and raised in the UK. I don't smoke, drink or take any drugs. I'm a quiet and drama-free person. I'm a Software Developer and I work from home.

You will have the following:

- A private bedroom with a single bed and a clothes rail. You can't see the bed or clothes in the picture as the picture was taken before these were added.

- Shared living room with a 3 seater fabric sofa, 55" 4K OLED TV which I very rarely use and an excellent speaker system which makes watching movies a great experience. The TV has Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ built in. There is a PS4 connected to the TV which you can use for gaming or as a Blu-Ray player.

- Shared kitchen with fridge freezer, gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster.

- Shared bathroom which contains a shower, a sink with a cabinet underneath it for some storage, and a shower in a bathtub.

- Garden with a washing line.

- An outbuilding in the garden where you can store items.

- Shared Henry vacuum cleaner.

- All bills included and WiFi (BT fibre broadband).
