The room has central heating, 4 double socket plug points and a three panelled window with two openings. Please note any damage to furniture will be deducted off the deposit amount and will the room will be fully inspected once notice period has lapsed (one month). Bedroom access is self contained and has a small wing and is separate from homeowner’s bedroom and main bathroom. The room door is fitted with a heavy duty fire door, with a lock and key and is fully secure. The light switch is to the right of the bedroom door and is a dimmer switch.

EN-SUITE - is fully tiled with neutral tiles, fitted polished stainless steel radiator, toilet, sink with fitted two drawer vanity unit, shower tray fitted with slide door and two head rainfall shower head.
