Furnished Room for Rent

Room for rent in shared house. Own bedroom share the kitchen and bathroom with one other person.
As you can see from the pics the room is quite large and furnished.
Bedding duvet, pillows etc are available if you require them.

The rent includes Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water and Wifi

I am the owner occupier and there is one other lodger living here, so there is no queue for the kitchen or bathroom.
I am an older lady and I have a Lurcher dog, who also lives here.
So you will need to at least not be frightened by a dog.
As with most dogs she can be quite nosey, but you can obviously keep her out of your room by shutting the door.

I will expect you to be reasonable tidy person and leave the shared kitchen and bathroom as you found them.

There is easy access into Birmingham and Solihull by bus.
Also the inner circle bus route is only 5mins away.
There is an Aldi within walking distance.
