£700 Ensuite double bedroom, fully furnished home

Hi my name is Teni and I’m advertising a comfortable, fully furnished en-suite double room in a relaxed and friendly house share.

It’s close to the bus stop and about 20 minutes from Birmingham city centre!

The room comes fully furnished with a private en-suite bathroom, a work desk and chair, a closets structure, and plenty of storage in the garage.

The house is shared with two other friendly, easy-going housemates who enjoy keeping the place clean and comfortable.

The first is with a Masters student at Aston who is typically at Uni/work. The second is with a Professional who travels for work often.

This means the house is usually quiet, with everyone being friendly while respecting boundaries and privacy.

It is situated in a quiet, safe area of Erdington, with excellent public transport links and easy access to shops, restaurants, and local amenities. It's perfect for professionals or students looking for a peaceful home and quick commute into the city.

House features:
* Fully furnished kitchen with all appliances
* Spacious living room perfect for relaxing or socialising
* Bright conservatory – ideal for unwinding or having your morning coffee
* Lovely garden
* Garage for extra storage
