Shared access to the lounge & kitchen with white goods incl. dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. Separate downstairs toilet. A spacious garden area with furniture including a bbq.

All bills including Council Tax (Band E) are included in the rent.

Longbridge Train Station is approx. 2miles (8minute drive) with trains into Birmingham New Street. Bus routes also in close proximity.

Property is shared with both myself and one other housemate (Male, 27). We are both friendly sociable people. I work from home whilst my housemate works in the office Mon-Fri.
