Modern Double Room - Central Birmingham - Pets

Hi. Unfortunately my current flatmate has decided to leave Birmingham so we're looking for someone to take her place. The apartment is part of the Sherborne Place pet friendly complex, located next to Brindley Place.

Most important to mention is that I have two cats, Casper and Astarion who are both super friendly. They are very approachable and love any sort of attention.

Fully furnished bedroom with King Size bed, bedside tables and wardrobe. Shared large living room/kitchen. You will pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself as my room has an ensuite.

The sorrounding area is very quiet considering the city centre is just 5mins walk away. Tram and bus stops are a minute away. Sainsburys, Tesco and Morrisons all a few minutes away.

In addition to the usual appliances, there is a Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher. Also have a Eufy Robot Vaccum/Mop which makes life easier.

The rent would be £650. Bills aren't included and would be split equally which would come to around £200 each per month (this includes council tax and all other utility bills).

Secure underground parking is available for additional charge (£100 p/m). EV charging also available on site.

Sherborne Place includes a 24 hour concierge service, communal office space, gym, lounge, cinema and kitchen. They also run regular events which are open to all residents, free of charge. Bins are collected by a private company several times a week so we aren't affected by any strike action.
