Room to Rent - Central Birmingham

Hi. I'm looking for a flatmate to share my 2 bedroom flat. Its part of the Sherborne Place apartments by ILA, located next to Brindley Place.

Quiet environment, with the city centre at your doorstep. Shared large living room/kitchen. You will pretty much have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an ensuite. I work from home with a handful of office days a month so will be at home most days.

I enjoy watching tv/twitch, gaming (inc boardgames), eating out and going to cinema/gigs. I'm very considerate of those around me and expect the same in kind. I'm also the type of person who cleans up as I go so would want someone with the same mentality.

In addition to the usual appliances, there is a Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Large Air Fryer/Grill, Stand Mixer, Breadmaker and a Velvetiser! Also have a Robot Vaccum/Mop which makes life easier.

Sherborne Place includes a concierge service, communal office space, gym, longer and kitchen. They also run regular events which are open to all residents, free of charge.

The apartments are pet friendly and I'm also open to pets so if you have one then they are welcome.

Move in date is 11/11/25 but can potentially arrange for it to be earlier, if required.

Secure underground parking may be available for additional charge.
