Home away from Home for a lodger

I have a single room and a double room available in my home on a quiet residential street. The house has a shared lounge, kitchen and bathroom, and would suit someone who is clean, tidy, considerate and looking for a peaceful place to live.

A little about me: I work from home as a lawyer, so I’m around during the day and value a calm, respectful home environment. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, gardening and relaxing at home. I also have a cat, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with one.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly and happy to get on as housemates, while also being respectful of each other’s space and boundaries. Keeping shared areas clean and tidy is important to me.
