We’re looking for a female flatmate to join our lovely 2-bed, 2-bath apartment. The room is available from the end of August until the end of December, as our current flatmate is moving out

The room is a bright and spacious double, and while it’s not en-suite, you’ll have your own private bathroom just outside the bedroom, so you won’t be sharing it with anyone.

You’ll be living with me and my boyfriend. We’re both working professionals (I work from home), friendly, easy-going, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and personal space.

The flat is in a fantastic location with excellent transport links:

* 15-minute walk to Birmingham City Centre
* 10-minute walk to Chinatown
* 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop
