It’s 6 mins from city center. It’s a new development estate so it has a luxury cafe on site ( Loaf & Latte), it has a big convince shop on site (Budgens), bus stop on site which takes you straight to city center/station. The rent is £1450. I’m open to £850 including bills unless there is excess usage of bills which extra charges of £10-£30 will be charged upon showing proof of the excess electric usage from your end.
I’m very easy going, clean and keep to myself without disturbing my tenant or lodger.
