Quiet, large house with nearby park, train station and University of Birmingham Campus. Someone has dropped out so there is a room now available. One other female tenant who is mostly away. You get your own bathroom to clean, kitchen to share and a garden to enjoy. Would suit a student or creative professional, or any professional. I like learning a bit of foreign language, cooking, eating, going to the gym and getting on with my work. Sociable, friendly, clean and *respectful* housemate - snooze you lose !
