I’m offering a comfortable double room in my lovely three-bedroom terrace house, set in a quiet and safe neighbourhood surrounded by a local nature reserve and beautiful walking routes.

The house has 1.5 bathrooms, a garden, private parking and shared use of the living spaces and kitchen. It’s a peaceful, homely place to stay, while still being really well connected.

📍 Location & transport

* Around 5 minutes from Junction 7 of the M6
* 5-minute walk to bus stops with routes towards Birmingham city centre and Sutton Coldfield
* Around 10 minutes’ drive to Sutton Park
* Walking distance to local shops, pubs and amenities
* Beautiful nature walks right on the doorstep (see pictures)

I’m open to flexible or shorter-term arrangements, including:

* Single occupancy: £650 per month
* Couples: £1,050 per month
* Weekday-only stays considered
* Short-term stays considered
* Potential opportunity for a couple to rent the whole house for a couple of months next year, as I may be travelling. Price to be confirmed.
* I have a third room which I currently use as a treatment room for massage and other holistic practices - discount available for stays. Also option to rent this space at an extra cost.

I’m looking for someone who will treat the house as a home and appreciate having a peaceful, clean and comfortable place to live.
