The house is approximately 15 minutes' walk from Brindley Place, with excellent transport links into Birmingham city centre.

The house is well connected and convenient for getting around Birmingham:

- Bus stop approximately 5 minutes walk away, with direct buses into Birmingham city centre
- Around 15 minutes' walk to Brindley Place
- Close to Edgbaston Reservoir
- Lidl approximately 10 minutes walk away
- Tesco approximately 14 minutes walk away

You'll also have easy access to the city centre while still being in a quieter residential setting.

All other bills are included but electricity upto 250 pounds per month for the household is included but any consumption above that needs to be equally split across everyone staying in the house.

The property is a four-bedroom house, with the two available rooms located together on the top floor, giving those residents a good degree of privacy.

We're ideally looking for PhD students or working professionals who are:

- Looking for a comfortable, peaceful home

We do have friends over from time to time, but the house isn't a party-oriented household and we don't have gatherings that go on late into the night. We'd therefore be looking for someone who is comfortable with a similar, respectful and considerate lifestyle.

Couples

The rooms are for single occupancy only and are not suitable for couples moving in together.
If you have a partner, occasional visits are absolutely fine, but the room is not intended to accommodate two people as a couple.
