There is this room available in a 2 Bhk apartment for rent with a rent of £750/ month + electricity and water around £80-£100 are separate and council tax applicable that is around £100-£120 per month . I am leaving the apartment because my husband is coming and I want to rent a separate apartment now .The building has 24×7 gym access, sky lounge, business lounge, residence lounge and it is one of the most secure building in Birmingham currently. My total living expense in this building is around £950/ month. The room does not comes with the attached bathroom , it comes with a separate bathroom but outside the room as you will be able to see in the video . It's clean and cozy in here .
