2 cosy rooms available in a lovely house in B29 area. One double room and one single. 30 min walk and 5 min drive to University of Birmingham/medical school and Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Students, or healthcare professionals, preferred as I am a student. There are two corner shops nearby and an ASDA a ten min walk away.
The two rooms will have a wardrobe/drawer added once it's confirmed someone is moving in. There is a shared kitchen and living area, two toilets, a spacious garden, plenty of parking space in the front garden and all other necessities.
Looking for people who are tidy and happy to keep a quiet, clean environment.
Also, there is a little friendly white cat that lives with me in the house, she mostly stays downstairs.
