It's a four-bedroomed house so you'll be sharing with three other friendly postgrads/professionals. There are three females there now, all professional females working at the QE but one is moving soon so we are looking for two friendly people to make up the house share.

The kitchen benefits from a large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave etc and dining table and chairs.

There is one bathroom with shower and toilet, with a separate downstairs toilet. There is constant hot water with a combi boiler.

The house is only 5 minutes walk from the University railway station giving great access to the city and is on a bus route to the city and Harborne High Street. Whilst an Edgbaston postcode, the house is right next to QE on Metchley Lane, so definitely Harborne and in walking distance from the high street with all its facilities, the university and hospital.

New to Harborne? Only fifteen minutes from the city centre, yet enjoys great facilities including lots of independent bars and restaurants as well as Marks and Spencers, Sainsburys and Waitrose.
