Easy access to bus routes into the city centre as well as BHX Airport.
Happy to arrange virtual viewings if required.
I work flexible hours which can include last minute nights away. I do not smoke or vape but I am a social drinker. I can cook and bake. No music is played after 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends unless I'm going out. Happy to live with musicians however would ask any practice is done before 9PM.
