This is a large STUDIO flat in the Old Fire Station student accommodation. This is suitable for either a single person or a couple as they allow dual occupancies.

If your university is either Aston or BCU, you will be within walking distance from them (5-10 min walk depending on which uni). There's a Tesco across the road, along with various other places to eat and buy essential stationery for your courses.

There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away which will take you into the city centre in a few stops, or if you prefer to walk, it'll take around 10 minutes. Colmore Row is a 10 minute walk away.

The Old Fire Station has facilities such as a gym, library, study area, laundry room and social space. The staff are very friendly and helpful too. The room comes with a free kettle, iron, ironing board and dustpan & brush - all brand new.
