Modern double room | luxury 2 - Bed Apartment

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my modern 2-bedroom apartment at Aston Place.

The apartment is spacious, modern and fully furnished, with an open-plan kitchen/living area. You’d only be sharing with one other person (me), so it’s much more relaxed and private than a typical house share.

I’m a 26-year-old working professional. I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of people’s space, and I’d ideally like to live with someone similar. I’m open to both male and female flatmates – the main thing for me is finding someone clean, respectful, reliable and easy to live with.

The apartment/building includes:

* Fully furnished bedroom and apartment
* Modern open-plan kitchen and living area
* Only 2 people sharing the apartment
* Reception/on-site management
* Great location with easy access to Birmingham city centre
* Pet friendly (one-off pet fee)

The room is available due to my current flatmate moving out. You would need to complete the building management’s usual application and referencing process, and we would then enter into a new tenancy agreement together.
