🚿 Bathroom arrangements
The bathroom is normally for the sole use of the studio tenant.
There is another tenant who rents the room next door. They are only at the property approximately 1–2 weekends per month, usually from Friday to Monday (and occasionally only once in a month). During those weekends, the bathroom will need to be shared.

Students are welcome to enquire, as well as working professionals.

💷 Move-in requirements
Before moving in, one month’s rent and the required deposit must be paid in full, and proof of payment must be provided.
A valid form of ID will also be required before moving in.
**Couples are welcome but rent would be more due to bills costing more with a extra person**
