The current flatmate is a friendly, clean and respectful male who values privacy and keeping the apartment tidy.
He also has a very friendly tuxedo cat. The cat is calm, independent and doesn't make a mess. He is friendly but gives you plenty of space, making him very easy to live with.

Electricity has been around £1–£2 per day for the whole apartment depending on usage, with the cost split equally between both flatmates. We are careful with electricity usage by switching off appliances and sockets when they are not being used

Water is billed every 6 months and is split equally between both flatmates

Available from: 15 October 2026 however date can be negotiated
Tenancy ends: August 2027
