The flat itself is 2nd (top) floor of a gated apartment complex - so very safe and secure. It’s fully finished with all kitchen appliances, cutlery and anything else you’d need already provided. The room has a double bed with bedside draws, a clothes rack, and under-bed storage provided. 1 shared bathroom - a good size with both a shower & bath.

Rent is £625 pcm excluding bills.

You’ll be sharing with me, a 24 year old professional who graduated two years ago and is currently working in the football industry. I often travel for work both during the week and on the weekends, so you’ll occasionally have the flat to yourself. Generally clean and tidy, and both up for nights out as well as more relaxed evenings.

The current Tennant is moving out on the 31st/1st of November, so looking for someone to take over the tenancy from Halloween weekend.
