Student tenancy takeover at Collegiate Bagot Street, Birmingham.

This is an ensuite bedroom in a modern 5-bedroom student flat on the 13th floor, with a shared kitchen, dining and living area. The accommodation has bills included, plus an on-site gym, cinema room and laundrette.

The flat is already partly occupied, with three students currently living there and the remaining room due to be occupied, so you’ll be sharing with other students and have the opportunity to meet new people.

We’re looking for a student who needs accommodation in Birmingham for the remainder of the 2026/27 academic year up to beginning of Sept 2027. The tenancy is £121 per week including bills and the transfer will be completed officially through Collegiate.

It’s particularly convenient for students attending Aston University, Birmingham City University, MetFilm School or BIMM Birmingham.

The current tenant is moving back home and commuting to university, so this is a genuine tenancy takeover. The successful applicant will need to meet Collegiate’s requirements and complete the official tenancy transfer process.
