A spacious, fully furnished double room is available in a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment at Apo, The Holloway, right in the heart of Birmingham city centre. You'll have your own bathroom (see pictures) and a double bed.

The apartment is bright, modern and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and everything you need for convenient city-centre living. It's in a fantastic location, with easy access (10min walk) to New Street Station, shops, restaurants, gyms and local amenities.

You'll be sharing with me – I'm a 32-year-old physiotherapist working in the NHS and running my own private practice. I'm friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful of personal space. I enjoy going to the gym, keeping active and socialising, but also appreciate a relaxed and peaceful home environment.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate flatmate who is happy to keep shared spaces clean and enjoys a good balance of socialising and having their own space.

Amenities include an onsite gym, plenty of working from home rooms, social rooms, karaoke/podcast rooms, games room, and the building has resident events every week if you wanted to be social and meet new people while doing fun activities.

One thing worth mentioning is that I occasionally see private physiotherapy clients at home in the evenings, so ideally I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with this arrangement.
