Fully equipped kitchen with the most you will ever need (including bread maker, kitchen blender, kettle, toaster all sorts of pots and pans, diverse cutlery with quite a few kitchen gadgets, storage areas and the usual amenities).
Good size dining area, bathroom/toilet on the upper floor and shower room/toilet on the ground.
Nice size rear garden with separate entrance from the house (bike friendly), BBQ/fire place area, some gardening furniture, perfect for the warmer days, on street free parking.
Very quiet and convenient location just 10 minutes by bus to Warwick Uni and to Canon Park shopping centre (Tesco Superstore/Aldi/leisure centre etc.), easy car access to main routes too.
Current house mates are working professionals in Automobile and Construction industries, from Eastern European background, very helpful, respectful and friendly, nice and relaxed atmosphere in the house in general.
You would need to be able to look after yourself and maintain and clean whenever need be, also respect privacy and other house mates.
Bills included, super-fast broadband, YouTube premium is also included.
Working professionals and students are welcomed, short term lettings considered, one month rent and deposit in advance.
