I'm looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to share my comfortable, quiet home in a great location.
Excellent location
- 15-minute walk to JLR
- 15-minute walk to Coventry city centre and Coventry University
- 15-minute walk to Coventry railway station
- Around 25 minutes by bus to the University of Warwick (the No. 60 bus serves the route)
The house is situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac with a park directly opposite and no houses behind, making it a lovely quiet place to come home to.

- Use of the washing machine and tumble dryer
- Off-street parking on the driveway
A few house rules:-
I'm vegetarian, so I ask that meat isn't cooked in the house. However, you're very welcome to bring in takeaway food such as pizzas, kebabs or other meals containing meat—it's only the cooking of meat that I'd prefer to avoid.
Who I'm looking for:-
I'm happy to consider both short-term and longer-term lodgers. If you're looking for somewhere while you settle into Coventry or search for a permanent place, that's absolutely fine. Equally, if we get on well, I'm happy to discuss extending your stay—the previous lodger lived here for over three years.
I'm also happy to consider students, although I'm ideally looking for mature Master's or PhD students.
A little about me:-
I'm a Sales Engineer and work mainly from home, although I'm usually out at the office or visiting customers once or twice a week.
