The property is in a great location in the sought after suburban area of Walsgrave, Coventry - CV2 2BQ - as it is within easy walking distance to the main hospital and also to the local business parks as well as to the 24hr Asda superstore, post office - and also to the private gyms which are located in the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels about 10 minutes walk away.
