The house has two washrooms and newly renovated kitchen .I would prefer someone who is out working or studying during the day. This place is ideal for non smoker someone who wants to rest and relax after work, its not a really a place for socialising and having friends round. Due to overwhelming response on room i don’t have time for face-time or zoom calls so i am only interested in people who can come down and view face to face
