I have 2 double rooms and one single available in a large 4 bedroom house with a rear and front garden.

There are 2 bathrooms available for use.

The house has a warm kitchen, a range cooker and a living room giving lot’s of room for everyone to cook, relax and enjoy food. The area is very calm and serene with lovely neighbours

I'm looking for like minded tenants who can treat the place as their own.

Applicants should be friendly, easy going and want a cosy house. You should feel at home, relaxed and want that for other people. It’s an easy going, comforting and cosy space and I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

There is a bus stop 1 min walk away which takes you to the City Centre, University, and the Hospital in under 30 mins.

Couples are welcome to rent with an additional fee of 50 pounds on top of the asking. (Only availed for double rooms).
The house also has 3 car park spaces allocated with a garage.

The house was recently refurbished with a new boiler installation so viewing is highly recommended.
