The room is bright and generously sized, featuring a comfortable bed, a desk and chair ideal for working or studying, a large wardrobe, and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared with family members and are used by mutual arrangement.

The property is conveniently located approximately 15 minutes' walk or 5 minutes by bike from the University of Surrey. There are several bus stops nearby, along with excellent local amenities including Asda, Lidl, Co-op, a post office, pharmacy, pubs, and restaurants.

The area also offers plenty of green space, with parks, children's playgrounds, football and basketball courts, tennis and table tennis facilities, as well as an outdoor gym.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, and respectful tenant who will help keep the shared areas well maintained.

Please note that the house is currently undergoing some minor decorative improvements, which will not affect your comfort during your stay.
