The £487.56 booking amount has already been paid by me and is not an additional amount I am asking the replacement tenant to pay me. Any payment required from the new tenant will be confirmed directly by Vita Student when they process the replacement and issue the new agreement.

🔑 Replacement Process

The new tenant will need to complete Vita Student's approval process and sign a new tenancy agreement directly with Vita Student.

Once Vita Student officially confirms the replacement in writing, I will be released from my existing tenancy.
