Hello,
The main room has become available in my clean, green, quiet working house.
This has been a happy house, where people do well, and tend to stay for significant stretches of time.

There are guidelines to keep it that way:
-No big activity in the communal areas (sitting room and kitchen) after 10 pm - there are mature settled neighbours both sides
-Ask other tenants before inviting guests
-Thermostatically controlled heating (on a green tariff) is timed to come on at the coldest and darkest times of the day
-Recycle
-Clean up after yourself

The other tenant is a university professor who is around a couple of days a week, September - April, he is in the downstairs room. (His family are located in Newcastle). Historically a short term tenant has taken his room over the Summer
There is a third room in the house where I come to stay whenever a room becomes empty to clean and maintain the property - usually twice a year, for less than a week.
I require someone responsible and mature, who will take care of my lovely house in between times.
