I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy at Apollo Works in Coventry. The accommodation is ideally located for Coventry/ University of Warwick students, with easy access to the city centre and public transport.
The room is a standard ensuite and comes fully furnished with a bed, study desk and storage. The accommodation also includes shared communal areas and on-site facilities.

Tenancy: 05/09/2026 – 10/07/2027
Rent: £89 per week
Room: Standard Ensuite
Bills: All bills included
Council tax: Student exemption applies

I have already moved into the accommodation, so the room is available for a tenancy takeover/replacement tenant. Please note that your tenancy and rent payments will start from the date you move in, rather than the original contract start date.
