We have one spare double room available at a 4 bedroom house in Coventry by the Canal. Walking distance to bus stops, 15 minute walk from the City Centre.

The room will be on the top floor, alongside my room with a shared bathroom (bathtub with shower head/toilet/sink) between us both. Ideally a female as they will be living on my floor.

The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bed/mattress and desk.

The house has an open plan living room & kitchen which is shared between all housemates. All appliances are included. There is also a medium sized garden with patio, a garage and driveway space. The house also includes a bathroom (no shower) on the ground floor for all housemates to use.
