Double room with own bathroom

Lovely South facing bright double bedroom with separate bathroom with bath and shower. Bedroom has a double bed, dressing table with drawers, fitted wardrobes and an easy chair. TV point in room. Bedside lamps. If required a single bed could be put in the room, this is an option. The house is a detached 3 bedroomed property, it is on a new estate and only 4 years old. There is parking space at the front of the house on the drive. There is a garden to the rear with patio, flower planters and lawn at the bottom. We are a retired active and in good health married couple looking for a little extra income and to help someone who needs a place to stay. The third bedroom wouldn be used as and when our Son or Grandson comes to stay. We are looking for a professional person who is tidy and clean, pleasant personality and appearance. They will be asked to keep their room and bathroom clean and tidy. Cleaning materials will be supplied. Bed linen changed each week, this will be left for them to change themselves. Use of washing machine and dryer will be available for their use, along with iron and ironing board. Breakfast and evening meal will be provided included in the price. If no meal is required at any time, we must be notified. The room us totally their room, we will not enter unless we have their permission first. There will be no extra council tax charge. 7 days a week or Monday to Friday would be acceptable.
