Room available now for a Warwick uni student

Thanks for checking out my advert.
My house is close to Warwick central campus, suitable for a mature student of Warwick university.

From my house, it takes around 15 min walk to Warwick uni central campus.
And around 5 min walk to local supermarkets and shops.
There is also a small local shop nearby, about 2 mins walk.

My house comes fully furnished. Each bedroom has a bed, a desk, office chair, a wardrobe and under bed or chest of drawer storage. The property comes with an upstairs bathroom (with electric shower) and a downstairs toilet and shower room. There is a free fast FIBRE BROADBAND, a washing machine, tumble dryer supplied and a dishwasher.

On Bus route to Coventry City centre is within 5 min walk and about 20 minutes from Birmingham airport. Close to local supermarket such as Tesco and Aldi. There is also a nearby small local shop.
