A well-equipped shared kitchen with washing machine, double oven and 2 large fridge freezers and breakfast bar area. There is a good garden with garage at the end for storing bikes etc. There are 2 parking spaces at the front of the house.

The house is a 3-5 minute walk from the local shops at Ball Hill (including a late night Tesco Express), 15 mins on the bus to the hospital, a 10 minute drive to Coventry University and a 10-15 minute drive to Whitley.

References and credit check will be required, plus a £100 holding deposit. The holding deposit will then form part of the deposit once the tenancy agreement is signed.
